In 2008 owner and director, Chris Mallett, established Redjak Consulting to provide project and commercial support to clients bidding for and delivering complex PFI contracts. Prior to this Chris had been employed across the power, rail and water sectors developing and delivering over £1.5Bn of infrastructure programmes.
Since then Redjak Consulting has assisted clients in securing over £2Bn of new business, transform £500m PFI businesses into profitable operations, and managed over £15m of dispute resolutions through negotiation and adjudication. In 2025 Chris qualified as a Construction Adjudicator and now also assists clients as Adjudicator and advocate.
